Yes, you have to register to order a watch, so that we/SHOP have complete and accurate delivery details. Registration at SHOP is simple and fast. We need your name, address, e-mail address and a password of your choice. After you have successfully registered, you remain logged in. It then only takes a few couple of steps to place an order. Purchase of a watch is completed within a few simple steps. Once you have chosen your desired timepiece, click on ADD TO CART and then navigate towards payment. By request we offer collection against cash payment at our office. Dependent upon your adjustment requests, we will inform you if additional costs will apply. Watchstrap shortening is free of charge before your watch is delivered.



We would be happy to exchange the watchstrap for you. Please contact our customer services to confirm whether your desired watchstrap is available and whether an exchange without additional costs is possible.




We can include a replacement watchstrap within your delivery parcel. Our customer services will be happy to offer you further assistance and verify whether your request is possible without any additional costs.




We offer cost-free watchstrap shortening before delivery. Please let us know your wrist measurement so that the watchstrap can be shortened to the correct length.

In the event of a guarantee case, simply contact us. As part of the SHOP Guarantee Services, we offer cost-free collection and delivery of your watch to the concessionary. He will then forward your watch to the manufacturer, as stated in the guarantee terms and conditions. After repair, your watch will be shipped back to you fully insured and free of charge. We’re your direct contact partner during the whole process and feel welcome to contact us at any time.



Yes, we offer a 1 year worldwide warranty on used watches. In the event of a warranty case, we will collect the watch from you, have it repaired and return it to you free of charge.



All new, unworn watches are sent complete with the original box and papers. The papers contain the product description, user manual and the guarantee papers including the license holder stamped guarantee card completed with the date of purchase.





Return


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your watch, you can return your watch within 14 working days of receiving it. You will then be refunded the full purchase price. Detailed information regarding your right of cancellation can be found here.



As soon as we have received your written notification of cancellation via post or e-mail within a period of 14 working days, we will collect the goods from you. For returns within Germany, you will be charged of EUR15 return costs. Within the next 14 working days you will be refunded the full purchase price via the same payment method through which the order was originally placed. If goods are being returned to us from Germany, the customer pays EUR15 in return shipping costs.

If goods are being returned to us from an EU country, (except Germany), the return shipping costs are between EUR40 - EUR70, these costs being covered by the customer. For returns from non-EU countries, the return shipping costs are max. EUR 150, these costs being covered by the customer.
